Liked the place, had a such great stay in the next visit. Our room was comfy and elegant, equipped with a high ceiling, a king size bed plus views all along the Corniche. A shower, a hairdryer and bathrobes were available there.

The breakfast was really delicious and varied to choose from. The room was in a top location with a great sea view. The location is very central and close to the quayside. The world-famous library can be reached on foot in 10 minutes.
The service in the bar left a lot to be desired because the wine was only offered by the bottle.

Nice old house with flair, partly in need of renovation e.g. Window. Good location by the sea and center, friendly staff, competent and helpful. In particular, the two young women at the reception quickly organized one. tailor-made special tour of Alexandria that fully met our expectations and exactly took into account the tight time frame - great!
after rain it "rained" for hours from the roof on our balcony. doors and windows in need of renovation, drinks in the bar are scarce.

A Wonderful Stay with a Touch of History
We loved our time spent here! The fine sea view room offered nice sunrises. The staff were super friendly, always ready to assist. An amazing breakfast selection kept us energized. Just a heads-up, the bar can get smoky at night. Book a table outside for a better experience!

THE LIFT! this is the absolute eye-catcher, THE eye-catcher in this house that otherwise some investments would do well. . The staff was exceptionally friendly, the equipment complete, a pleasant feel-good hotel.
Nothing really, at most - but not very relevant - the lighting in the bar should be able to take a little more lighting.

The breakfast buffet was very good.
No roof terrace or any other way to stay outside comfortably. With the creepy view, all windows and curtains are better left closed. There is no variety in the house for children. The old style of the house should still offer a little more comfort at this price. For our car there was only the public parking lot next door.

The staff is very attentive at breakfast and tries to make up for the uncomfortable impression with kindness and passion.
there are too many police and security forces in the lobby and they act and harass the hotel guests. hotel management has no influence on the interactions and harassment. guest service is superficial and unreliable. has not met my expectations. balcony is not usable. so why the sea view?

This nightclub is great. The staff is super friendly. The cleaning is super and very attentive.
The lobby is full of security and police. No private cozy atmosphere. Not even in the coffee shop or restaurant area. Personal guest care does not take place beyond the greeting. The air is in the stairwell, as only a small area in the lobby is air-conditioned. I would not come back.
